Tarte aux fruits
(Shortbread crust covered with handmade vanilla pastry cream and topped with fresh fruits. Your choice of strawberries, blueberries, or an assortment of fruits.)
Tarte Tatin
(Upside-down caramelized apple tart. Tradition says that the Tarte Tatin was first created by accident by two sisters called “Les Soeurs Tatin”)

Paris-Brest
(Ring-shaped choux dough split and filled with a praline-flavored cream garnished with sliced almonds. The pastry was created to commemorate the bicycle race, Paris-Brest.)
